Gopal Rai, leader of AAP, says the AAP candidates will file nominations from Thursday even amongst confusions regarding their alliance with the Congress party.

Gopal Rai, senior leader of AAP said the party’s candidates will file nomination from Delhi tomorrow when there isn’t a consistency on the fact if AAP will merge with the Congress or not. AAP’s West Delhi candidate Balbir Singh Jakhar will file his nomination on Thursday whereas the party’s candidates in East, West Delhi and Chandni Chowk are to file their nominations on Saturday. AAP’s candidates in East, North west and Chandni Chowk are Atishi, Gugan Singh and Pankaj Gupta respectively. South Delhi’s candidate Raghav Chadha, North East Delhi’s Dilip Pandey and New Delhi’s Brajesh Goel will file nominations on Monday.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi had earlier accused Kejriwal of making a U-turn on the alliance mentioning that the doors of the Congress were open for Aam Aadmi Party but time was running out. AAP leaders had also accused Rahul Gandhi for neglecting their offer to join with the Aam Admi Party.

Rahul Gandhi had tweeted, “an alliance with the congress and AAP in Delhi would mean the rout of the BJP. Rahul Gandhi said that he was ready to giving 4 seats to AAP.
