Bihar Congress President and Education Minister Ashok Choudhary attacked the BJP-led government, saying that secular forces of India were being tortured and attacked by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Party President Amit Shah. Other than Congress other party members have also demonstrated protest to defend the Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav over CBI raids.

The CBI filed FIR against former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and few others charging them with, irregularities in the tender for development, maintenance and operation of BNR Hotels in Ranchi and Puri, sanctioned to the private Sujata Hotels in 2006.

In his statement to India Today, Ashok Choudhary accused Amit Shah of being a tadipaarand called Narendra Modi a ‘mass murderer’.

“Amit Shah tadipaar the. Aur Modi logon ki jaan lekar PM ban gaye hain. Secular forces in the country were being bulldozed by the BJP and Centre,” Chowdhary said.

In response to the objectionable comments of Congress leaders, BJP leader Nand Kishore Yadav said that such comments were expected from Congress after the raids conducted at the Lalu’s house. He also accused Congress of being a corrupt party saying that, one corrupt part was taking sides of another corrupt party.
