Congress Party releases new list of candidates for Jharkhand polls; Third list contains 19 names

Ahead of the Jharkhand assembly polls, Congress party released its third list of candidates that had 19 names. The state will go to the polls for its 81 assembly seats in five phases.

The tenure for the current Jharkhand assembly will end on January 5.

Jharkhand Election Schedule-

• Phase-1: Polls on 30 November
• Phase 2: Polls on 7 December
• Phase 3: Polls on 12 December
• Phase 4: Polls on 16 December
• Phase 5: Polls on 20 December

Previously, Bhartiya Janta Party had also released three list of its candidates for the state assembly elections.

Chirag Paswan-led Lok Janshakti Party had also announced the two lists of candidates for the elections.
