After two months of high decibel campaign and hectic seven phases of polling on 543 seats, almost all exit polls predicted Prime Minister Narendra Modi to return in power. Most of the exit polls predicted a clear Majority to Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) with above 300 seats. Polls predicted party’s landslide victory in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand among others.

Exit polls including India Today-My Axis and Today’s Chanakya exit polls have predicted a resounding victory for the saffron party-led alliance about 360 seats out of the 543 seats while Neta-News X predicted the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Alliance is likely to fall short of a majority with around 242 seats.

Talking about the most important state Uttar Pradesh that sends 80 parliamentarians, exit polls have predicted different scenario with ABP-Nielsen suggesting BJP likely to get just 22 seats while other few like India-My Axis and Chanakya predicted landslide performance of the party with around 60-68 Lok Sabha Seats.

Most of the opinion polls predicted however predicted that Bharatiya Janata Party making big gain in Naveen Patnaik‘s bastion Odisha and Mamata Banerjee’s stronghold West Bengal.

TIMES NOW

Starting with the Exit Polls of Times Now, that predicted around 306 seats for BJP-Led NDA while 132 seats likely to be bag by Congress-led UPA, predicted the Times Now Exit Polls on Sunday. While Exit Poll suggested 104 Lok Sabha Seats for ‘Others’. Looking at the state-wise breakdown, Times Now suggested 58 seats for BJP in UP while BSPSP Mahagathbandhan likely to win 20 seats. Congress just like last polls would be won 2 Lok Sabha Seats. In West Bengal, BJP is predicted to bag 11 seats while TMC likely to get 28 Lok Sabha Seats. Congress is suggested to win 2 seats in Bengal.

In Bihar, Times Now Exit Polls has suggested 30 Seats to BJP-led NDA, while 10 seats predicted for Congress-RJD Alliance. While in Maharashtra, Exit Poll by the TV Channel Predicted 38 seats for BJP-Shiv Sena combine while 10 seats for NCP-Congress Alliance. In Madhya Pradesh, Exit Polls suggested clean sweep for BJP with 25 seats while Congress likely to bag just 4 seats in the central state of India.

Apart from these states, Exit Polls by the TV Channel predicted clean sweep of BJP in the national Capital bagging all 7 Lok Sabha Seats. In Gujarat, Exit Polls predicted 23 Lok Sabha Seat while 3 for Congress.

Today’s Chanakya

Chanakya’s Exit Poll predicted around 350 seats for BJP-Led NDA while 95 seats likely to be bag by Congress-led UPA, predicted the Chanakya Exit Polls on Sunday. While Exit Poll suggested 27 Lok Sabha Seats for ‘Others’. Looking at the state-wise breakdown, Chanakya’ Exit Polls suggested 65 seats for BJP in UP while BSP-SP Mahagathbandhan likely to win 13 seats. Congress just like last polls suggested to won 2 Lok Sabha Seats. In West Bengal, BJP is predicted to bag 18 seats while TMC likely to get 23 Lok Sabha Seats. Congress is suggested to win 2 seats in Bengal.

In Odisha, Chanakya predicted 14 seats for BJP while 7 for Naveen Patnaik’s BJD.

In Bihar, Times Now Exit Polls has suggested 32 Seats to BJP-led NDA, while 8 seats predicted for Congress-RJD Alliance. While in Maharastra, Exit Poll by the Chanakya Predicted 38 seats for BJP-Shiv Sena combine while 10 seats for NCP-Congress Alliance.

Apart from these states, Exit Polls by the pollster predicted clean sweep of BJP in the national Capital bagging all 7 Lok Sabha Seats. Exit Poll also predicted a clean sweep for Bharatiya Janata Party on all 25 Lok Sabha Seats.

Exit Poll by India Today also predicted landslide margin for the Bharatiya Janata Party. Exit Polls predicted 339-365 seats for BJP-Led NDA while 77-108 seats likely to be bag by Congress-led UPA, predicted the Exit Polls on Sunday. While Exit Poll suggested 79-111 Lok Sabha Seats for ‘Others’. Looking at the state-wise breakdown, India Today Exit Polls suggested 65 seats for BJP in UP while BSP-SP Mahagathbandhan likely to win 13 seats. Congress just like last polls suggested to won 2 Lok Sabha Seats. In West Bengal, Exit Polls predicted 19-23 seats for BJP while TMC likely to get 19-22 Lok Sabha Seats. Congress is suggested to draw a blank.

In Odisha, India Today predicted 17 seats for BJP while 4 for Naveen Patnaik’s BJD.

While in Maharastra, Exit Poll by India Today predicted 38-42 seats for BJP-Shiv Sena combine while 6-10 seats for NCP-Congress Alliance.

Apart from these states, Exit Polls by the pollster predicted 6 seats for BJP in the national Capital while one for Congress. However in Rajasthan, Exit Poll predicted a clean sweep for Bharatiya Janata Party on 24 seats while one for Congress. In Madhya Pradesh, Exit Poll predicted 27 seats for BJP out of 29 seats in the state. Congress is likely to get 2 seats in Madhya Pradesh.

News 18 also predicted a landslide victory for the Bharatiya Janata Party with 336 seats for BJP-Led NDA while 82 seats likely to be bag by Congress-led UPA, predicted the Exit Poll on Sunday. While Exit Poll suggested 24 Lok Sabha Seats for ‘Others’. Looking at the state-wise breakdown, News 18 Exit Poll suggested 60-62 seats for BJP in UP while BSP-SP Mahagathbandhan likely to win 17-19 seats.

Congress just like last polls suggested to won 1-2 Lok Sabha Seats. In Bihar, Times Now predicted 34-36 seats for NDA Alliance while 4-6 seats for Congress Alliance.

C-Voter

While Cvoter predicted 287 seats for BJP-Led NDA while 128 seats likely to be bag by Congress-led UPA, predicted the CVoter Exit Poll on Sunday. While Exit Poll suggested 127 Lok Sabha Seats for ‘Others’. Looking at the state-wise breakdown, CVoter suggested 38 seats for BJP in UP while BSP-SP Mahagathbandhan likely to win 40 seats. Congress just like last polls suggested winning 2 Lok Sabha Seats. In West Bengal, BJP likely to bag 11 seats while TMC likely to get 29 Lok Sabha Seats. Congress is suggested to win 2 seats in Bengal.

The ABP-Nielson predicted 267 seats for BJP-Led NDA while 127 seats likely to be bag by Congress-led UPA, predicted the Exit Poll on Sunday. While Exit Poll suggested 148 Lok Sabha Seats for ‘Others’. Looking at the state-wise breakdown, CVoter suggested 22 seats for BJP in UP while BSP-SP Mahagathbandhan likely to win 56 seats. Congress just like last polls suggested winning 2 Lok Sabha Seats. In West Bengal, BJP likely to bag 16 seats while TMC likely to get 24 Lok Sabha Seats. Congress is suggested to win 2 seats in Bengal.

Looking at the state-wise breakdown, News Nation suggested 38-40 seats for BJP in UP while BSP-SP Mahagathbandhan likely to win 38-40 seats. Congress just like last polls suggested winning 2-3 Lok Sabha Seats. In West Bengal, BJP likely to bag 10-12 seats while TMC likely to get 26-28 Lok Sabha Seats.

The Exit Polls by Neta NewsX predicted 242 seats for BJP-Led NDA while 164 seats likely to be bag by Congress-led UPA, predicted the Exit Poll on Sunday. While Exit Poll suggested 136 Lok Sabha Seats for ‘Others’. Looking at the state-wise breakdown, CVoter suggested 33 seats for BJP in UP while BSP-SP Mahagathbandhan likely to win 41 seats. Congress suggested winning 4 Lok Sabha Seats in Uttar Pradesh. In West Bengal, BJP likely to bag 11 seats while TMC likely to get 29 Lok Sabha Seats. Congress is suggested to win 2 seats in Bengal.

In Madhya Pradesh, Exit Poll by the Neta NewsX suggested 18 seats while Congress likely to bag just 11 seats in the central state of India.

Neta NewsX exit poll predicted 5 seats for BJP in the national capital, While 2 seats for Congress. In Gujarat, Exit Poll predicted 21 Lok Sabha Seat while 5 for Congress. Neta NewsX predicted 17 seats for BJP while 7 for Congress.

Nearly 61 percent voters turned recorded on Sunday in the seventh and the final phase of the Lok Sabha election held in 59 constituencies across eight states and Union Territories. Counting for the mega polls is slated for May 23.
