Route Mobile Call2Connect

Route Mobile, Mumbai based mobile tech firm has acquired business process outsourcing company, Call2Connect. The financials of this deal have not been disclosed. Call2Connect was owned by Arabi Holding Group.

Talking on the development, Rajdip Gupta, Global CEO – Route Mobile said that with this association and using the client base of Route Mobile, the revenue of Call2Connect could be doubled. In the coming time, Route Mobile will use expertise and experience of Call2Connect in their Global partnerships.

Route Mobile works with some high profile clients in the country and counts many leading banks as its customers. It provides services like information alert and marketing messages for the clients.

This is third acquisition by Route Mobile since June 2016 and according to officials, all the acquisitions by the tech company have been in line to add more expertise in its current strong area. Route Mobile boasts of expertise in voice and messaging interface.

At the same time, Call2Connect also boats of a great client base including Airtel, Vodafone India, Idea Cellular, Tata Teleservices, Punjab National Bank, PayTM and Bihar government. It employs around 1200 people with an estimated revenue of ₹80 crores.
