Lalu prasad Yadav

After holding a three-hour long meeting with senior party leaders and legislators at the official residence, RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, in his statement to the media said that Tejashwi Yadav will not resign and there is no question of his resignation.

BJP has been demanding the resignation of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Lalu’s son Tejashwi Yadav after the recent CBI raids conducted on the premises of Lalu and his family members.

After the meeting with his senior party members, Lalu also ensured that the mahagathbandhan will remain intact in Bihar and he and his party will make sure not to take any such decision which will give even the smallest chance to RSS or BJP to enter into Bihar politics.

Lalu also denied the rumor about Sonia talking to him about the alliance with JD(U) Chief Nitish Kumar. He said that false news is being published and Sonia never called him regarding the alliance, however, he does not know if there was any conversation between Sonia and Nitish about the same.

“There is no difference with Nitish Kumar and there is no distance from him either. BJP wants that the Grand Alliance government to fall somehow… But we will not allow that to happen,” he stressed.
