The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi is all set for the massive Video Conference exercise on 28th February, which BJP claims to be the world’s ‘largest video conference’.In the massive video conference exercise Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with over 1 crore BJP workers and volunteers from 15,000 locations across the country today as speculated.

The program is named ‘Mera Booth, Sabse Majbooth”.

With the conference,PM Modi is aiming at mobilising support from the general public and galvanising the party workers into action for the upcoming Lok Sabha election, said NDTV in a report.

Major opposition party to the BJP, the Congress criticised the BJP and the PM for such a move amidst the capture of one of our IAF pilots by Pakistan.

“Right now, we are faced with a crisis. We want the pilot back. We want to know how is he. Everybody is worried about him. And you are worried about addressing some booth workers?” a Congress spokesperson told NDTV.

Pawan Khera, Congress Spokesperson also asked the ruling BJP to not take political mileage of the tragic killing of Jawans in Pulwama. He also prioritised to bring Wing Commander Abhi Nandan back.

Previously, the Congress cancelled its Working Committee meeting, along with the rally in Ahmedabad, scheduled for today, due to the prevailing conditions.

Former J&K CM, Omar Abdullah also advised the PM to suspend his political activities amidst the recent developments, especially after Wing Commander Abhinandan being appended by Pakistani Military.

Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal also took to twitter and urged the PM to postpone the meeting and suggested that we as a nation, must spend all our energies and time in bringing back the apprehended IAF pilot by Pakistan.

Amidst the opposition attack on BJP, its leaders took to the party’s defence and said NDTV that changing the programme of the Prime Minister and other senior leaders of the party at this point would help terrorists’ designs to disrupt the democratic process.
