At the occasion, PM Modi said that our minds are not ready to believe that Shri Vajpayee is no longer with us. He also added that he was a stalwart loved and respected across all the sections of society. He also claimed that over the decades, Shri Vajpayee’s voice remained the voice of the people. He went on to praise Vajpayee’s orating skills by saying that he is among the best orators our nation has produced.

One side of the ₹100 coin will have a portrait of Vajpayee with his name inscribed both in Hindi and English. The bottom of the image will have years 1924 (birth year) and 2018 (death year) inscribed. The coin is made up of silver (50 percent), copper (40 percent), nickel (5 percent) and zinc (5 percent).

Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s birth anniversary is celebrated as Good Governance Day.

  1. First of all I would like to say wonderful blog!
I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind.

I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before
writing. I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts
in getting my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations
    or hints? Thanks!
