Supremacy of Shiv Sena cannot be challenged by the shameless drudges, said the Shiv Sena. Addressing to an incident in BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation on 5 July, Shiv Sena took a strong bridle at the proclivity of amalgamation of BJP activists. Shiv Sena warned all the activists who chanted ‘Modi’ Modi’, not to thread in their path and gave the example of Congress who tried to do that same and now stands nowhere in public. They even warned Modi to be aware of such activists as his image would get spoiled someday because of them.
This BMC function was organized for compensating losses from Octroi after it was replaced by GST. Rs 674 crores were given to Maharashtra government for making Mumbai City. Shiv Sena accused BJP activists of behaving as if the money was going from their pockets to Sena’s casket. Shiv Sena even reminded of the incidents when Indira Gandhi lost few electoral polls due to such activists.
Shiv Sena said that they do have respect for PM Modi and his name should evoke proud amongst people but not in such a wild manner.
