The Telangana ruling party Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is predicted to sweep the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls 2019 bagging 16 seats of the total 17 in the youngest state, predicted a random survey conducted by the party.

TRS who has in a run-up to the General elections 2019 already announced its candidates on all 17 seats is predicted to secure 57.45% of votes followed by Congress and BJP who predicted to get 28% and 11% of total votes. The left in the state is predicted to be limited with just 1.45% percent vote share.

The Only parliamentary Seat that will remain out of reach for TRS is Hyderabad that has since 2004 preferred AIMIM Chief Asadusddin Owaisi.

TRS as per the survey is preferred by all age groups. Voters with age above than 60 years preferred TRS extensively by 74.63 percent followed by 46-60 age group (59.31 percent).

The Voters having age between 30-45 also preferred TRS BY 56.64 percent while the less than 30 age group preferred TRS by over 44 percent.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao led TRS is extensively preferred by Minorities (67.28%) followed by Backward Cases (58.47 percent), SCs (58.71 percent), STs (57.41 percent) & Other Castes (48.11 percent).

K Chandrashekhar Rao’s TRS in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls will take on Pawan Kalyan‘s Jana Sena PartyCongress and Bhartiya Janta Party. Apart from this, TRS Candidate on Hyderabad Seat will take on AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi, who has successfully contested from seat since 2004.

TRS(Telangana Rashtriya Samiti) working president KT Rama Rao has already kicked off his campaign and is overseeing the poll preparations across the youngest state. TRS after registering a resounding victory in the state polls last year decided to go ‘nationally’. In a bid, TRS Supremo KCR had in December-January traveled extensively reaching out his Counterpart in West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik.

Similarly, In January, Republic TV-CVoter opinion poll also predicted a clean sweep for TRS in Telangana in Lok Sabha elections 2019.

In the recently-held Assembly Elections in the state, the TRS’ vote share stood at 46.9%, while the vote share for the Congress was 28.4%. Telangana has a total of 17 Parliamentary Seat and will go to polls on April 11.
