Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the present time is the amrit period for the development of the country. Home Minister Shah was addressing a two-day conference of tourism and culture ministers of the states on Tuesday on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav being celebrated on the occasion of the 75th year of independence.
He described the next 25 years of the Amrit period as important for the development of the country. Said that if every citizen takes only one resolution on this occasion, then 130 crore resolutions will make the country great. The country will be counted among the developed countries of the world.
On this occasion, he asked the state governments to work in this direction on how to increase the participation of people in the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. This is a golden opportunity to connect the new generation with the freedom struggle and country. Develop some such places in their respective states, which become the center of consciousness of the new generation. He also mentioned the new look given to the Red Fort in Delhi and asked everyone to come and see it.

The Home Minister urged the states and union territories to work above party ideology in this campaign. Union Tourism and Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy also addressed the conference. He said that the number of programs of Amrit Mahotsav would increase rapidly in the coming days. The entire plan will be finalized after discussing with the states.
