Vijay Mallya

After announcing that he has enough evidence to prove himself guilty, Vijay Mallya is now taking on the media for running a campaign against him. He has also taken on media before when he was spotted in Champions Trophy and announced to witness all the match. But this time media has run “intense hate campaign” against him.

Vijay Mallya tweeted on Twitter, “Intense hate campaign by Indian media against me knows no bounds. The GOI (Government of India) has filed a case which is before a UK court. Wait for the verdict”.  This post came after  London court has shifted the hearing date to decide whether Mallya should be extradited to India or not. While the next hearing is scheduled for June 6.

When Mallya was presented before the court for the hearing, he claimed, “I deny all allegations that have been made and I will continue to deny them”. He also denied media reports of calling him ‘chor chor’ by Indian fans. He justifies that only a few drunk men have chanted this while others have come to wish him well.
