President of Russia, Vladimir Putin has on Tuesday, showed “serious concerns” over the decision made by Ukraine to impose material law in the border between Russia and Ukraine, after a big dispute at sea between the two countries- Russia and Ukraine, as said by Kremlin.

In a phone call conversation between Putin and Angela Merkel, Putin also talked about the German leader to help intervene to guide in Kiev.

Kremlin said Putin “expressed a serious concern over Kiev’s decision to put its armed forces on alert and to introduce martial law,” adding, “Berlin could influence the Ukrainian authorities to dissuade them from further reckless acts.”

Putin’s “serious concern” over the crisis comes ahead of Russian forces move on Sunday, of capturing three Ukrainian ship and also 12 ship-men ordering main-trial in the court. Moscow has accused Russian of illegally entering the coasts of Crimea in Azov Sea.

This crisis has prompted Ukrainian parliament on Monday, to vote in favour of imposing material law in the border-Russia and Ukraine, for 30 days. Imposing material law allows Ukraine to regulate and function the media with restricting public rallies and also get the authority power to mobilize the citizens in accordance to military experience.
