Ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released its manifesto for Delhi Lok Sabha seats. The manifesto was released by National Convener Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia on Thursday, April 25. Arvind Kejriwal promises in its manifesto to the people of Delhi to get full statehood for Delhi.
Before releasing the manifesto Arvind Kejriwal hit at Congress president Rahul Gandhi and said that If Narendra Modi and Amit Shah return to power, Rahul Gandhi and Congress are to be blamed for not being sincere in forming an alliance at the center.

The AAP chief said that is the statehood is achieved, then women will be safer and employment opportunities will increase. There will be a better quality of education. He also highlighted the fact that the party would make sure a reservation of 85% in Delhi Government jobs as well as in Delhi colleges.
The party said that if Delhi gets full statehood, the UT’s police will be accountable to the state government which will lead to the safety of women. The manifesto promised the regulation of all contractual employees. He said that all the MCD’s shall come under the Delhi government leading to a cleaner city.
Arvind Kejriwal targeted the BJP president and Prime Minister for the removal of “infiltrators” saying that the ruling party wants to make India the nation of only Hindus. He wants to remove all Muslims and Christians from the nation. He said that the democracy in 2019 elections is at stake and only the votes of people can save it.
