Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while addressing a rally in Bihar’s Darbhanga district, lauded the three years rule of the Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre.

This was the first visit of Yogi to Bihar after becoming the Chief Minister, on the occasion of celebration to mark three years of the BJP-led NDA regime at the Centre. Adityanath praised the Modi government saying that, “a transformation is visible in the entire country. Modi has done splendid work in the last three years in tune with his mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’.”

Yogi also indirectly touched upon controversial matter of building of the Ram Temple. He said that work will be done as per the feelings of the people of Ayodhya.

He proposed the idea of building a Ram-Janki road to connect Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh to Sitamarhi in Bihar to reduce the distance. He claimed that Bihar and Uttar Pradesh have been enjoying close and cordial relationship since the days of Ram and Sita.

While talking about the issues of Bihar, he questioned that why the youth of Bihar were so depressed and moving out to other states in search of livelihood. He also challenged Bihar CM Nitish Kumar to close down all illegal slaughterhouses in the state saying that all illegal slaughter houses were closed in UP within 24 hours.

Adityanath further boasted about BJP saying  that Muslims are most happy and safe in BJP-ruled Uttar Pradesh as, only BJP can grant them protection. He said half the population in the country are women and they should get justice whether it is with regard to triple talaq or any thing else.
