Eyeing organizational polls slated for many states in the upcoming months, BJP President Amit Shah has called a meeting of big leaders from states and Union Territories on June 13 and 14, a party insider claimed on Sunday.

All the key leaders including Party State In-charges are invited to the meeting that will take place in the national capital. Barring states like Haryana, Maharashtra, and Jharkhand, the organization polls will be held in the party’s units in all states and Union Territories.

While later in the year, BJP will have its new National President as current Chief Amit Shah’s three-year term had already ended earlier this year.

However, keeping in mind the national polls the party had asked him to continue as it postponed organizational polls to focus on the Lok Sabha elections.

Shah who has been appointed as Union Home Minister in Narendra Modi‘s new cabinet is likely to quit as BJP President later this year.

Shah often referred to as Chanakya of modern Indian Politics for his excellent electoral management skills. Shah had in the last 5 years have proved himself as one of the biggest political minds in the country.

Because of his excellent polls management skills, Bharatiya Janata Party not only registered a massive mandate in the recently held polls but also score big in State Polls of Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Maharashtra, Goa, and especially North Eastern States – which are once bastions of Congress party.

However, BJP is yet to make any official announcement.

If Sources to be believed, Bharatiya Janata Party, one of the biggest political parties of the world, will likely to launch a nationwide membership drive.

While later in the year, an election of its states and UTs heads which will be followed by the election of its new national president.

Bharatiya Janata Party is also likely to reconstitute the party’s organization from booth-level in all states and UTs. If sources to be believed, New members of state councils will elect their respective state Presidents.

Following which the members of the national council will elect a new BJP President.
