The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Amit Shah lashed out at Rahul Gandhi over his trend of disrupting in Parliament. He went further to term his style of politics as undemocratic.

After the BJP Minister Ananth Kumar attended the BJP Parliamentary Meet with other party members, he stated:

“Amit Shah Ji said Rahul Ji‘s style of politics is undemocratic. Hence (he makes) such kind of disruptions during the speech of PM Modi.”

The BJP headquarters i.e. Delhi’s 11 Ashoka Road had the party members for the BJP parliamentary board meeting. It was just two days after Prime Minister Modi made a fierce speech in the Parliament. The meeting was attended by PM Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley, Lal Krishna Advani, and other leaders.

PM Modi addressed the party members in the meeting and asked everyone to focus on farmers and the middle class ahead of the state and national polls in 2018 and 2019.

The Parliamentary Affairs Minister said,

Rafale deal ke main points bata chuke hain aur batayenge. Lekin har ek component ko lekar charcha karna kitna uchit hoga desh hith mein? ye baat Rashtriya Adhyaksh ji nebaithak mein kaha”

(We’ve mentioned few points on the Rafale deal and will share more facts. But will discussion on each component be good for the nation? The National president said this during the meeting)

After the fiery speech made by PM Modi on Wednesday, Rahul Gandhi posed a set of questions. Gandhi further said, “PM Modi spoke for an hour, but spoke nothing on Rafale deal.”

In response to the Rafale jabber made by Gandhi, the government termed its Rafale deal better than the Congress initiated. They slammed Congress as it couldn’t conclude the deal in ten years.
