Swadeshi Jagaran Manch, economic wing of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has applauded government’s stand on ‘One Belt, One Road’ issue and added that the government should ban all the Chinese companies and products from the market and should ban them from taking part in government’s tender processes.

In the recently concluded national council in Guwahati, SJM had passes a resolution which supported government’s recent moves of supporting indigenisation and called for a full-fledged legislative order to prefer Indian companies in all works directly or indirectly related to the government.

The resolution stated that BJP led Indian government has done a great job in taking initiative to support Indian companies. However, they should also be given preference in indigenous activities and no foreign firm should be involved in any of the government departments. According to SJM, these initiatives will boost the foreign exchange fund in India as well as result in lesser international influence in policy making. It urges the government to take effective steps to ensure the same.
