Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad who was visited by Congress UP General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi yesterday said he will fight from Varanasi Lok Sabha seat to take on PM Modi in Varanasi if Modi is to contest from there in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls 2019.
He added that he will fight against Modi from whichever seat he contests from in Polls.

Priyanka Gandhi who along UP Chief Raj Babbar and UP West General Secretary Jyotiraditya Scindia met Azad in Anand Hospital at Meerut where he is under treatment.
However, the Bhartiya Janta Party is yet to announce PM Modi’s Candidature from Varanasi where he had in 2014 General Elections defeated AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal.
The Bhim Army Chief was taken into custody from Deoband when the Bhim Army was planning to organise a procession on motorcycles and other vehicles to Muzaffarnagar. He along with his supporters including JNUSU President Balaji, All India Students’ Association National Sucheta De were taken into custody following which Chandrashekhar was taken ill and was admitted to a hospital in Meerut.
He was detained for allegedly for violating the model code of conduct which was imposed after the Election Commission on Sunday announced the poll dates for the General Elections 2019.
Bhim Chief Azad had embarked his ‘Hunkar rally’ in Meerut on Sunday, which was supposed to end at Delhi’s ‘Jantar Mantar’ on March 15.
Priyanka Gandhi who had visited Azad on Wednesday asked media not to give any Political narrative to the Courtesy meet. However, Priyanka Gandhi’s move of meeting Chandrasekhar Azad is seen as an attempt to attract the Dalits in Uttar Pradesh where his party has been dropped by SP-BSP alliance.
