CPI (Communist Praty of India) general secretary said that people of Bihar will not accept the new JD(U)-BJP dispensation under Nitish Kumar and will rally behind the secular forces. He is confident about this.

According to him, CM Nitish Kumar should have waited till the court decides on the issues regarding the corruption charges against Lalu Prasad Yadav and his son Tejashwi Yadav. They knew that Kumar had a fall out with the RJD over corruption charges against Lalu Prasad and some of his family members, including son Tejashwi, who was the deputy chief minister in the previous dispensation. For them, it’s an unfortunate and negative development. They believe that there is an urge to clean the government as it is understood that the allegations against Tejashwi is a political move made by the Centre government and it need not be taken as a confirmation of the corruption cases.

This decision will only have its effects in Bihar and it is an advantage for BJP, said Sudhakar Reddy.
