Both, the GJM and police have files FIRs against each other. GJP demanded a detailed CBI inquiry regarding the death of 3 GJM cadre on June 17 at Singhmari. On the other hand police has also filed murder cases against him and other party members.

Adamant on their demand of Gorkhaland, Bimal said that a delegation of few party members will be sent to Delhi to hold discussion with the Centre and seek for their intervention. Bimal will join the delegation in Delhi once the Centre is ready to talk.
