Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Working President JP Nadda is slated to visit Uttar Pradesh’s Capital Lucknow on Friday. Ahead of Nadda’s maiden visit to the state capital, the preparations are on in a full swing mode.

Bharatiya Janata Party Leader Vidyasagar Sonkar held a meeting ahead of Nadda’s Visit and prepared a roadmap for welcoming the BJP’s newly picked Working President.

Speaking in the meeting, Sonkar has urged party workers to take responsibilities for JP Nadda’s first visit to the state’s capital. He added, ‘BJP registered a resounding victory and bag 64 seats despite big promises made by Mahagathbandhan’.

During his Lucknow visit, JP Nadda is expected to hold discussions with party leaders for the upcoming by-polls slated for 12 Assembly Seats. While the expansion of CM Yogi Adityanath‘s State Cabinet is among the other issues that JP Nadda is likely to discuss with state leaders during his maiden visit to the state.

While JP Nadda is also expected the issues related to the appointment of new BJP State President after the Present State Chief Mahendra Nath Pandey been inducted to Union Cabinet.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Working President JP Nadda will also review the preparations for the party’s mega membership drive that will begin from July 6. Senior Leaders have been tasked with the responsibility of making it bigger. PM Narendra Modi will begin membership drive from his parliamentary constituency Varanasi.

Bharatiya Janata Party has currently over 11 crore members and the party is trying to increase its membership by 20 percent with the mega campaign.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Parliamentary Board had on June 17 picked JP Nadda for the post of the party’s working President. Nadda will be assisting BJP Chief Amit Shah who is now been inducted in the Union Cabinet as Union Home Minister.

He appointment for a big post in the saffron party was on cards ever since he was kept away from the Council of Ministers. Nadda was also among the frontrunners in 2014 when Rajnath Singh resigned after joining the Union Cabinet. However, Shah took over as party president in the year 2014.
