Working at booth level, he knows the grassroots, says Amit Shah. On his three-day tour to Odisha, Amit Shah gave a statement that in 2019 elections, BJP will win by a two-third majority in Odisha. This statement was given by him when he was addressing the booth level workers in a village of Ganjam district.

He mentioned that Odisha has received more fund since Modi government came into power than it has received in past 25 years. According to him, Odisha is still backward than other states and need a lot of development. Odisha is lagging behind even though this state is a source of many natural resources. There is still no electricity, water, and toilets in households. People are still unemployed.

Amit Shah has promised to strengthened 3600 election booths in Odisha under ‘Mo Booth Sabuthu Majboot’ scheme. He even plans to hold a meeting with Dharmendra Pradhan, KV Singhdeo and other senior officers in Ganjam only. Later her plans to visit Jaipur for giving prayers in a historic temple and hold a meeting with booth workers. He then plans to meet other officers of the party, in order to make strategies for 2019 assembly poll.
