Nitish Kumar

Nitish Kumar will take oath as the chief minister of Bihar on July 27, 2017. However, this time, the party supporting him will be BJP. According to trusted sources close to the development, BJP and JD(U) have finalised their talks and are going positive to form the next Bihar government.

According to the reports coming in till now, Nitish Kumar will continue to remain the face of the government in Bihar. BJP has agreed to provide support and it is rumoured that Sushil Modi might be sworn in as the deputy chief minister of Bihar. However, there is no confirmation over who will be the cabinet ministers in the new setup, which is going to be revealed shortly.

Amid the ongoing developments, Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) has submitted its letter of support to the governor of Bihar, which indicated the numbers of MLAs supporting JDU in the government formation in the state. Anil Jain and JP Nadda of BJP are expected to be in Patna tomorrow to talk with the state leaders of BJP and JD(U). Also, the oath ceremony might see a number of biggies visiting Patna.
