The Central Bureau of Investigation on Friday documented a charge sheet against previous Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and 33 others in the Manesar land scam.

The charge sheet has been recorded under the steady gaze of the Special Court in Panchkula. Among those named as denounced are the then senior IAS authorities Chattar Singh, M.L. Tayal and S.S. Dhillon , who had worked under Mr. Hooda in different limits.

Atul Bansal, promoter of the Gurgaon-based ABW Builders, has likewise been named.
