While addressing a ‘Jan Swabhimaan’ rally organised by BJP ally Apna Dal here at the Jagatpur Inter College ground on the 68th birth anniversary of Apna Dal founder Sone Lal Patel, Yogi Adityanath expressed his concern over the poor conditions of the farmers. He said that the conditions of the farmers is very bad and the centre and state are taking measure to improve it.

Lauding the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Adityanath said that, Centre is also concerned about the farmers and Modi is worried about them and is making efforts to improve their living standards. He said that the UP state government will open 20 ‘Krishi Vigyan Kendras’, where the farmers will be trained to use technology to yield better production. He further added that with the use of new technology, the farmers could enhance their production which will double their income.

During the rally he also spoke about the bold and historic move taken by Modi, of introducing GST. He said that GST will be beneficial for all in the long run and eventually will bring an end to the ‘Inspector Raj’. He also added that the decision of implementing GST was in favor of betterment of the country and it was not any political move.

Taking about his state, Yogi said that Uttar Pradesh will always be a state where the rule of law will prevail. He said that his government will ensure that UP becomes a crime and corruption free state. He further added that all 75 districts of UP will enjoy equal distribution of electricity without any discrimination.
