Bhartiya Janta Party Leader and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Monday said that his party will come to the power for the fourth consecutive term in the state. Chhattisgarh Assembly elections were held on November 12 and November 20 in two phases across 90 seats,

Raman Singh while talking to media in Gorakhpur said “Bhartiya Janta Party will form its majority government in the state, and there is absolutely no question of going with any alliance”

Raman Singh who was in Gita Press- famous for word while Publication of Bhagwat Gita- in  Gorakhpur also said that ‘we have made full majority government in 2003, 2008 and 2013, and this time too we will form the government’. ‘ Everyone has its own analysis but only I know the analysis of people, BJP is retaining its Power in the state” he added. Opinion Polls have suggested a tough fight between both the major parties.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh is in the city to attend the 68th foundation day ceremony of the Maharana Shiksha Parishad, the academic venture of the Gorakhnath temple. He will flag off a procession on the day opening day of the foundation day on Tuesday.

The state that sends 90 Lawmakers to its assembly went onto polls on November 12 and November 20 in two phases. The first phase saw a turnout of around 70% while the second phase recorded over 74% of voter turnout.

The counting will take place on December 11 with other state assembly elections.
