Haryana Polls: Congress seeks suggestions from voters; promises to include them in election manifesto

Gearing up for the Haryana polls, Congress party has sought suggestions from the people in preparation of its manifesto. Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee chief Kumari Selja posted a Twitter message asking for people’s suggestions.

She informed that the party is preparing its election manifesto for the upcoming state polls, therefore people’s suggestions are invited. According to the posted message, people can give their suggestions to the party through the party’s office in Chandigarh or via mail.

Haryana state will go to polls for its 90 assembly seats in the coming time. Congress party can be seen preparing for the elections enthusiastically. To overhaul the election campaigning in the state, the party had appointed Kumari Selja and Captain Ajay Singh Yadav to head election and campaign committees respectively in Haryana. Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda was selected as the chairman of the election management committee.
