Days after announcing Poll tie-up with BSP Supremo Mayawati in Andhra Pradesh for State and Lok Sabha Polls, Pawan Kalyan led Jana Sena Party on Sunday announced the seat-sharing arrangements between both the parties.

As per the seat sharing agreement, BSP would contest on 21 Assembly seats and 3 Lok Sabha seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls.

Andhra Pradesh has a total of 175 state Assembly seats and 25 Lok Sabha seats. State Polls of Andhra Pradesh will be held Simultaneously along with the General Elections.

Pawan Kalyan, the JSP Chief while addressing the presser said that Bahujan Samaj Party will have its Candidates on Tirupati, Chittoor and Bapatla Lok Sabha Seats while seat distribution for assembly Polls is still not finalized and is in final rounds of Deliberations.

Jana Sana Party who had in 2014 supported Bhartiya Janta Party and the then ally of NDA Telugu Desam Party, had taken a call this time to contest on all seats. The party apart from stitching an alliance with BSP is also expected to take left Parties including CPI, CPI(M) in a run-up the polls.

The Jana Sena party that has been allotted a ‘tumbler’ symbol by the Poll body has already announced Candidates on 4 Lok Sabha and 32 State Assembly Seat in Andhra Pradesh.

Earlier on Friday, while addressing the joint presser with BSP Supremo Mayawati, Pawan Kalyan endorses her as the next Prime Minister, while in respond Mayawati said ‘It will be great to see Pawan Kalyan as Andhra Pradesh chief minister’.

The Jana Sena Party will directly pose a threat to Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP and Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YSRCP in the coming Elections in Andhra. Apart from Andhra Pradesh, Jana Sena and BSP have also joined hands in KCR’s Bastion Telangana for General Elections. Telangana has a total of 17 Lok Sabha Seats.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP Boss Chandrababu Naidu have also released its first lot of 126 Candidates for the state Polls.

Andhra Pradesh will vote in a single phase on all 25 Lok Sabha Seats and 175 State Assembly seats on April 11. Telangana that sends 17 parliamentarians will also go to polls on the first round on April 11.

General Elections are slated for April-May this year that would spread on Seven Phases starting from April 11 to May 19. Election Commission had on Sunday declared schedule for General Elections 2019.
