Telangana Rashtriya Samithi (TRS) Working President and son of Party Chief K Chandrashekhar Rao, KT Rama Rao on Wednesday again echoed for federal Front’s crucial role in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls due for April-May.

While predicting both national parties – Bhartiya Janta Party and Indian National Congress – would not manage to get a majority on its own, KT Rama Rao said the third front and his Party TRS will play an important part after the Lok Sabha Polls. He further said that Federal Front led by K Chandrashekhar Rao will decide the agenda of next Government in Delhi and the next Prime Minister.

KT Rama Rao who was appointed as the working president a day after TRS registered a landslide victory in Telangana had on Wednesday launched TRS Lok Sabha Poll Campaign. He while talking to TRS Cadre at Karimnagar also launched a scathing attack on Narendra Modi led Centre Government.

KT Rama Rao who is popular as KTR said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Central Government had always ignored the youngest state Telangana. While asserting this, KTR said more TRS MPs are needed in the parliament to assert pressure on the Centre Government.

Further launching attacks on Centre, KTR said Centre has also ignored the Niti Ayog Instructions that recommended Rs 2300 crore for State Government’s Flagship programme that aimed to provide piped drinking water to every household.

Lauding the Chief Minister KCR, He said people have seen the pace of development in the state in last 5 years and that is why they have re-elected us (TRS) with such a heavy margin.

He further said that the time has now come for the people to again elect those who worked for them. He asked the party workers to take the upcoming polls as a challenge. He asked party cadre to ensure victory on all 17 seats in the state.

TRS in the state will contest on 16 seats out of 17 while leaving a Hyderabad Parliamentary Constituency for AIMIM Chief Asadudduin Owaisi.

TRS after registering a resounding victory in the state decided to go ‘nationally’. In a bid, he had in December-January travelled extensively reaching out his Counterpart in West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik.

Telangana has a total of 17 Lok Sabha Seats. Recent Surveys Conducted by Various news Channels predicted TRS sweeping the Lok Sabha Polls winning 16 Lok Sabha Seats while AIMIM winning one seat, the survey predicted.
