Order of Delhi High Court today:

Court refused to pass any interim order on staying the disqualification of 20 aam aadmi Party MLAs.

Also court advices election commission not to make any announcement regarding bypoll in Delhi before next hearing of court.

Next hearing of court will be on the 29 of this month.

Aam Aadmi Party legislatures plea yesterday against their disqualification.

Last Friday EC sent it’s recommendation to ┬ápresident Ramnath kovind for disqualification of Aam Aadmi Party MLAs for holding “office of profit”.

Against this yesterday night disqualified party members plea in Delhi high Court and found relief today.

Relief for Aam Aadmi Party

Today’s hearing by delhi high court regarding disqualification of party legislatures is relieving since there are possibility that disqualification plea may get cancelled and party members can come back and rejoin their respective chairs otherwise there will be bypolls in Delhi which means in 20 vacuum seats other political parties like BJP and congress can stand out.

Reaction of Ex- Party members :

Five of total disqualified members argued in their plea that election commission is biased for them.EC did not gave them fair opportunity of hearing and they are innocent.

Disqualified members further argued that EC failed to follow due process of law by not offering the petitioners a full hearing before making final hearing ti the president of India.

Party head and chief minister of Delhi is supporting his MLAs from the very beginning and he said truth wil be prevailed in the end.They are blaming BJP for creating such nuisance in Delhi.He said BJP is creating hurdles and obstacles in their smooth government path.He renamed all this happenings as conspiracy against him and his party members.He is strongly believing that Court’s decision wil be in his favour .

So, to end final result will be announced on 29 of this month and the day will bypolls will be held or not .
