The Bhartiya Janata Party Chief Amit Shah on Wednesday appointed in-charges and co in-charges of 17 States and Chandigarh keeping in mind the approaching Lok Sabha 2019 Elections. Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar has been given the steering to manage the campaign in Rajasthan along with Sudhanshu Trivedi. Union Minister of Socia Justice and Empowerment, Thawarchand Gehlot has been appointed as the In-Charge of Uttarakhand.

BJP has suffered a massive defeat in recently held Rajasthan Polls. So it would be a big responsibility on the Shoulder of Prakash Jadavekar to chalk out strategies.

Goverdhan Jhadapia, a Gujarati Leader, Dushyant Gautam, party’s Vice President, and Narottam Mishra, lifted from Madhya Pradesh, all three have been given responsibility to manage the electoral task in the state, Uttar Pradesh that sends a maximum number of Parliamentarian to the lower house.

Bhartiya Janata party in 2014 Lok Sabha Polls has completely dethroned the oppositions in Uttar Pradesh and won 73 Parliament Seats. But this time, it would not be a calk walk for the saffron party with Samajwadi Party and BSP reportedly tied up for the Polls.

Moreover, a recent survey conducted by ABP News and Cvoter predicted that if BSP and Samajwadi Party tied up then it may shatter BJP’s dream of coming back to power in 2019.

According to Press Release, Party’s general secretaries Bhupendra Yadav and Anil Jain have been given steering of Bihar and Chattisgarh respectively.

Rajya Sabha Member V Murlidharan and party’s secretary Suneel Deodhar has been appointed as the BJP’s captain in Andhra Pradesh. Mahendra Singh and Om Prakash Mathur have been given the charges of Assam and Gujarat respectively.

Among others, BJP appointed Captian Abhimanyu for look after party’s affairs in Chandigarh and in Punjab, Arvind Limbavali as the party’s in-charge in Telangana, Nitin Naveen in Sikkim, Arun Singh in Odisha, Nalin Kohli BJP’s Spokesperson has been given the task to look after electoral affairs in Nagaland.

Party has appointed former Uttarakhand Chief Teerath Singh Yadav to manage party’s affairs in Himachal Pradesh.
