In the wake of 2019 Lok Sabha elections with the national and regional parties kicking off their campaigns in the constituencies, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has in view a specific group to interact with in order to bid the votes. Narendra Modi on Sunday is likely to interact with the first-time voters to influence them to choose their government keeping BJP’s achievements in mind.

Narendra Modi will interact with the first-time voters and will bring into the knowledge his government’s work aimed at their welfare.

The youth wing of BJP, Bharatiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM), is associated with running numerous campaign to woo the young voters influencing them to vote for BJP government.

BJYM spokesperson Rohit Chahal said that the student wing has organized a number of events such as youth parliament, townhall with young voters, and campus ambassadors to make a connection with the new voters.

In total, about 9 crores of the youth form the first-time voter’s list contributing to a huge amount in the total people voting for the general elections 2019 which can benefit any party with a majority. A party leader mentioned that the details of the interaction are still being carried out.

Narendra Modi has highlighted the voters born in the year 2000-2001 in his speech mentioning that 2019 will be the first elections they will vote for and thus they should be aware of the work done by his government.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked his party leaders to connect with this group of the electorate and dwell with the party’s ideology and work.

BJP leaders have claimed that Modi remains a big draw among the young voters and this group of the electorate had voted in the majority in the 2014 general elections.
