A weak Prime Minister! That’s how Rahul Gandhi has termed PM Narendra Modi. Earlier allegations dealt with disability tax and effects of GST on LGP cylinders which were burdensome for poor and now PM Modi is being accused of this new allegation by Congress.
Rahul Gandhi has accused PM Modi of not taking up the essential topics when he meets the foreign Premiers. He said that Modi’s US trip was just a photo shoot opportunity for him and alleged him of bypassing all the important topics. The purpose of his US visit, according to Congress vice president should have been to discuss H-1B visa, racial attacks on India and cross-border attacks from Pakistan and tech industry. On one hand Modi-Trump talk didn’t figure out H-1B visa term and on the other hand, MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) accepted US use of the term ‘Indian-administered Kashmir’.
Even though, US visit is termed as the landmark visit of Modi’s career and a really important one after President Donald Trump came into power. Still, Congress’ Vice-president has termed Modi as a ‘weak’ premier and his foreign visits as ‘unfruitful’.
