Bharatiya Janata Party Leaders including Nitin Gadkari, Dharmendra Pradhan, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Giriraj Singh, DV Sadananda Gowda, Babul Supriyo will take oath as ministers in Narendra Modi’s next Government. While Shiromani Akali Dal Leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal will also take oath as Cabinet Minister today in a function at Rashtrapati Bhawan later in the day.

All the leaders will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his official residence in evening before taking oath.

Nitin Gadkari served as Road Transport and Highways Minister in the previous government. While BJP MP from Asansol Babul Supriyo was a Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises. Gowda, Giriraj and Naqvi were also a minister in Narendra Modi’s previous government.

Apart from these Leaders, BJP leaders Santosh Gangwar, Jitendra Singh and Nityanand Rai to meet PM Narendra Modi at 4:30 PM today at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, reported ANI.

While Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) Chief, Ram Vilas Paswan will also meet PM Narendra Modi in evening. Paswan’s LJP is the BJP’s ally in Bihar. Reportedly, BJP has decided to give a cabinet berth to all its allies.

Speaking on the invitation, Bharatiya Janata Party Leader GV Sadananda Gowda said, ‘I received a call from Amit Shah. He said that I should be there at home office of PM at 5 o’clock and swearing-in ceremony at 7 o’clock. At 5 o’clock PM will have tea with cabinet & other ministerial colleagues and then we’ll go to Rashtrapati Bhavan to take oath’.

Apna Dal (S) Leader Anupriya Patel and Arvind Sawant of Shiv Sena will also be administrated oath later today.

Earlier in the day Bharatiya Janata Party President Amit Shah met PM Narendra Modi at his Official residence in the national capital.

The two bigwigs is believed to have given the final touch to the new cabinet who will also take oath along Prime Minister Narendra Modi later in the day.

It is most likely that Amit Shah will be inducted in the Union Cabinet and may be rewarded with a big portfolio like Finance. Shah had in last 5 years have proved himself as one of biggest political minds in the country. Under his Leadership, Bharatiya Janata Party not only registered a massive mandate in the recently held polls but also score big in State Polls in Uttar Pradesh, North-East States.

Narendra Modi is slated to take oath as Prime Minister for second term later in the day along with his Council of Ministers at 7pm at Rashtrapati Bhawan in the national capital. Many High profile politicians from the globe have been invited for the mega ceremony.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party, on May 23 scripted history by bagging 303 seats on its own in the recently concluded national polls. Along with its allies, it took its tally to 352 Lok Sabha Seats out of 542 Seats were national polls held in April-May in seven phases.
