Bharatiya Janata Party Stalwart and Former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Friday hailed the Union Budget 2019, which was presented by new Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday.

Taking to Twitter, Arun Jaitley wrote Congratulated the Prime Minister and Finance Minister. ‘Congratulations to the Hon’ble PM and FM for the budget 2019-20. The budget besides being a policy document for boosting growth serves the larger interest of all sectors of the Economy’, Jaitley said in a tweet.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also praised Nirmala Sitharaman and said that the Union Budget presented by her is ‘one of hope’ and will boost the economy and India’s Development.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also lauded Nirmala Sitharaman and said that this will lead the foundation of a progressive nation. ‘Finance Minister ji presents a which lays the foundation of an inclusive & progressive nation, whose rise is powered by the hard-work of 130 crore Indians. The budget gives wings to India’s farmers, youngsters, women and poor to fulfil their dreams’, he said in a series ogf tweets.

In another tweet, Amit Shah added,’The highlights the exemplary work in key sectors relating to the economy, housing, infrastructure and the social sectors over the last five years and on this basis, ignites a spirit of hope that India can become a 5 Trillion Dollar economy in the coming years’.

‘Today’s sets the stage for fulfilling our collective dreams of water for every citizen, ensuring electricity connectivity across India and boosting manufacturing especially in sunrise sectors. The Budget will enable India to become a more vibrant start-up hub’, Shah said in another tweet.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday presented her made her maiden Union Budget Speech in the Lok Sabha. This was also the first Budget of the second Narendra Modi-led government. Nirmala Sitharaman in her maiden budget announced several reliefs for Taxpayers, Home Buyers, Small Businessmen and announced several other initiatives.
