As a part of its interaction with the party parliamentarians, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday met BJP Women MPs over breakfast at his official residence in the national capital.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has planned a total of 7 such interactions with PM Modi. This was PM Modi’s fifth interaction on that line. The party has divided its MPs into seven parts and planned seven interaction of MPs with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In his initial interactions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met party Parliamentarians belonging to the OBC, SC and ST categories, and those who were ministers once.

The interaction with PM Modi has been planned to encourage MPs of both the houses by giving them the opportunity to directly interact with the prime minister.

PM Modi is expected to discuss various issues related to Parliament, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader said.

Apart from the MPs, Only Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi are a part of these interaction meetings.

Narendra Modi in his first stint at as Prime Minister had met various states in every session of Parliament. PM Modi used to discuss the government’s agenda in his interaction during 16th Lok Sabha.
