Responding to the CBI raids conducted on the premises of the family members of former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, said that it has been 20 years that he was dealing with CBI raids and that he was not scared of such raids.
CBI raids were conducted at 12 locations on Friday at the premises of Lalu Prasad Yadav‘s family members. He was attending the hearing of the fodder scam case when these raids were conducted. He said that he was informed that few CBI officials had reached his house with a search warrant. He further added that he was not afraid of such raids, in fact, he asked his family members to cooperate with the officials and also provided special security to them so that he could not be blamed later if any other social element harmed them.
Lalu encroached upon Modi saying that it was a conspiracy against him and his family and Modi was moving towards dictatorship by taking such actions. He also attacked RSS saying that Amit Shah and RSS were also plotting games against him to take revenge, as he had initiated a political movement against them. He further added that they will all get their answer in the mega rally being organised on 27 Aug.
He demanded proof and documents on the basis of which these raids were being conduction. Denying all the allegations, Lalu said that allocation processes were done in a fair manner through bidding. He also claimed that he improved the condition of IRCTC and it had gained an international reputation under him.
Lalu alleged Modi of playing Political Vedanta against him, to insult him and to send him to jail.
