‘Justice Done’: Rahul Gandhi hails Supreme Court over Rafale Issue; fires Salvo at PM Modi

Attacking the Prime Minister Narendra Modi over Rafale Issue after Top Court latest development, Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday challenged PM Modi for a debate.

“Supreme Court has accepted that there is some form of corruption in Rafale deal & that “chowkidaar ne chori karwayi hai” said Congress Chief after filing nominations for Amethi Lok Sabha Seat.

Further training guns towards PM Modi, Congress President said, ‘PM Modi will not able to see eye-to-eye with the people of the country of he debates with me’.

Rahul Gandhi made the remarks after he filed his nominations for Amethi Lok Sabha Seat.

On the Occasion accompanied by family, Congress President held massive 3 KM Roadshow passing through Munshiganj-Darpipur, Gauriganj to reach District Collectorate Office. During this, Congress Supporters were seen shouting slogans like ‘Abki baar, 5 lakh par’, apparently setting the five lakh votes target for the Congress president.

Earlier in the day Supreme Court giving a major blow to Centre rejected its Objected and said to examine the ‘Classified and Stolen’ Document in the review plea.

The three-judge Top Court bench headed by the CJI Ranjan Gogoi giving a major jolt to Bharatiya Janata Party-led Central Government has on Wednesday unanimously rejected the objections raised by Government against the review pleas filed for apex court’s decision on the Rafale deal.

The Top Court also allowed the admissibility of three documents in Rafale deal as evidence in re-examining the review petitions filed against the SC’s December 14 judgement refusing to order probe in procuring 36 Rafale fighter jets from France.

The Highest Court further said Rafale review pleas will be heard in detail by the court. The Top Court said, ‘as far as the question of hearing of review plea on Rafale judgement is concerned, it will give a detailed hearing later on’.
