Congress releases third list 24 candidates in Rajasthan

The Congress party had released its third list of candidates on Sunday for the upcoming Rajasthan Assembly elections.

Out of these 18 seats, Congress has fielded candidates from 15 constituencies. The party has given other 5 seats to its allies, Loktantrik Janata Dal (LJD) and Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) who will contest on two seats each, while the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will contest on one seat.

With this list the Congress has named a total of 199 candidates out of the 200-assembly seat. The party is likely to give the last seat to SP.

The party has also introduced 10 new faces while renaming candidates for three constituencies.

The party has fielded Amit Chachan from Lohar, BD Kalla from Bikaner West in place of Yashpal Gehlot, who will be contesting from Bikaner East in place of Kanhaiyalal Jhawar, Subhash Meel from Khandela and Dr. Karan Singh Yadav from Kishangarh Bas. The party has also replaced its candidate from Keshoraipatan seat, where Rakesh Boyat replaces C L Premi.

On Saturday, the Congress party had released its second list of 32 candidates. It named Manvendra Singh in the second list who was recently inducted in the party after he quit BJP. He is going to contest the election from Jhalrapatan, the home turf of CM Vasundhara Raje. seat. Raje. She has been three-time MLA from Jhalrapatan constituency.

In the first list of Congress where it fielded 152 candidates, it named Sachin Pilot from Tonk while Ashok Gehlot from Sardarpura.

The Assembly elections in the state will take place in a single phase for all 200 seats on 7 December. The counting of votes will take place on 11 December.

  11. Kishangarh- Nandlal Thakan
  12. Jaitaran- Dilip Chowdhury
  13. Pali- Mahavir Rajpurohit
  14. Bali- Nantionalist Congress party (alliance)
  15. Sumerpur- Rajju Ramawat
  16. Aasind- Manish Mewara
  17. Keshavraipatan- Rakesh Boyat (in place of C L premi)
