Uddhav Thackeray ‘backstabbed’ BJP in his desire to become CM: JP Nadda

BJP National President JP Nadda has accused Shiv Sena leader and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray of backstabbing him, who was part of the NDA.  Nadda said that Thackeray stabbed us in the back in his desire to become CM, he changed after the results,  even compromised with his ideology.

Addressing a public meeting in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, the BJP president also targeted the recently ousted Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra.  He said that the government was engaged only in DBT (Dealership, Brokerage and Transfer).

BJP’s DBT stands for Direct Benefit Transfer.  Their DBT stands for Dealership, Brokerage and Transfer.  Take dealership, do brokerage and earn in transfer.  “If I talk about myself, on one side we have JAM, Jan Dhan, Aadhaar and Mobile.  Due to which we are bringing digital cleanliness in politics. His JAM stands for Jointly Acquiring Money”, he added.

Nadda said that Uddhav’s Shiv Sena at that time stabbed him in the back because of the greed of the chief minister’s chair. At the same time Shiv Sena joined hands with those people against whom Balasaheb fought all his life.

Before the Maharashtra assembly elections, there was an agreement between BJP and Shiv Sena to make Drevendra Fadnavis the Chief Minister of the state.  When the results came, laddoos started bursting in his mind. “Thackeray for the greed of power backstabbed the BJP and supported those against whom the former RSS sarsanghchalak Balasaheb Deoras had fought for the entire life,” Nadda said.

The BJP president termed the Maha Vikas Aghadi as an unnatural alliance. He said that such alliances do not work.  BJP’s Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis government is taking Maharashtra forward.  The state is on the path of development.

Uddhav formed a coalition government with the NCP and the Congress and himself became the chief minister.  There has been a lot of corruption during the Uddhav-led Mahavikas Aghadi government.
