    Union Minister Narayan Rane once again claimed that the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government of Maharashtra will collapse in June. Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India was speaking at an event in Washim. He said that just as trees fall in storms in his native Konkan, similarly the Uddhav government will collapse.

    Rane taunted Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, who is sitting on a weak branch, will also lose his post. Rane said, ‘Konkan receives many storms in the end of May and in the first week of June. Trees get uprooted along with their roots in this storm. Similarly, there is a tree of three parties in the state. The Chief Minister is sitting on top of that tree. They are not connected to the root. He will no longer be the Chief Minister even before the month of June.

    Rane said that the state government does more politics and less development. PM Modi brought 30 schemes for the country to become self-reliant. He has come to Washim to see if those plans are being implemented. Action is bound to be taken against the officials who have been negligent in implementing the schemes.

    Narayan Rane and his entire family have been attackers against CM Uddhav Thackeray and Shiv Sena for the last several years. Rane had to spend a day in jail for abusing the CM. Apart from this, Union Minister Rane also attacked Sanjay Raut. In such a situation, BJP is calling it a retaliation.

    While there are claims by BJP leaders that the state government will collapse, the ruling coalition has rubbished the claims saying that the MVA alliance will win the 2024 assembly elections as well. There is a coalition government of Shiv Sena, Nationalist Congress Party and Congress in Maharashtra.
