The Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was addressing a ‘Janashirwad Yatre’ here on Saturday. Interestingly, both Lalit Modi and Nirav Modi have escaped with public money in front of the open eyes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Without assistance from highly influenced dignitaries from the central government, this couldn’t have been possible.

He said that the offences rested on the indirect support of Prime Minister. In addition to it, he alleged that after the escape of both the Modis, people of the nation are waiting to see the next Modi follow the same.

“It will not be a surprise if PM Modi himself escapes from the nation. Modi is the latest example of high-tech corruption,” he added.

Responding to PM Modi’s remark

In response to a remark made by PM Modi a few days back, Siddaramaiah said that Modi and BJP president Amit Shah have no clue of the non-existing corruption in the state. Although there were several investigating agencies, it let Modi inquire about the alleged corruption in the state.

As reports flow, Siddaramaiah asked the Prime Minister to release the evidence for corruption. He called Modi unworthy of being a prime minister. Siddaramaiah said Modi was discussing the alleged corruption in the state by keeping corrupt people around him.

Modi had described his government as ‘10 percent commission’ government, Siddaramaiah said Modi government was 90 percent corrupt government.
