Ahead of the Maharashtra assembly polls, Shiv Sena party put up posters of Aaditya Thackeray in the Worli region. The posters read “How are you Worli ?” in multi-lingual languages.

Apart from the Marathi language, the posters carry the wordings in Gujarati, Urdu and Telugu language.

After the announcement of Aaditya Thackeray’s candidature, Shiv Sena has launched an extensive campaign for increasing his popularity. Aaditya Thackeray is being projected as Maharashtra’s deputy chief minister if the Shiv Sena-BJP alliance wins the forthcoming assembly election.

Shiv Sena had announced on Sunday that Aaditya Thackeray (son of Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray) will contest from the Worli assembly in upcoming Maharashtra elections. It has been reported that the sitting legislator MLA Sunil Shinde will pave the way for the new leader. Earlier, Aaditya Thackeray had also launched “Jan Ashirwad Yatra” in the state.

Interestingly, Aaditya Thackeray will be the first person in the family to contest the election. Previously, RajThackeray had fought the Lok Sabha elections unsuccessfully.

Shiv Sena has also announced the list of seats on the previous day on which the party will fight. However, the party has not released the names of the candidates.
