Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath takes a step towards forming a digitalised government in UP. He has directed officials to implement e-office system in the state secretariat before October 1.
Chief secretary Rahul Bhatnagar has been directed by the CM to present a detailed project report of e-office system implementation by June 15. Under the e-office system, physical files would be replaced with digital files. With the implementation of e-office, the disposal of unwanted files will be quicker and will save a lot of time. E-office system would not only simplify the task of maintaing the files, it will also make the functioning of the system more easy and transparent.
The CM has formed a group of officials who would be organising and providing , required hardware, software, training of personnel and making way for digitisation of existing physical files for implementation of the system.
