WhatsApp 2.20.100 for iPhone will make some bug fixes and improve the calling functionality
WhatsApp keeps on rolling out new updates or fix the existing bugs to keep their users engaged and happy on their messaging app.
Just like that, in this update, WhatsApp is looking to improve the Security code change notification and the voice calling feature.
WhatsApp has added a new tone when you end a call and a new ringtone when you receive a group call. For the voice call, the app is also working on a feature where a user will be able to join a missed group call in case the group call still exists.
The latter functionality is still under development. There are two more features that are still under development. The first one is that WhatsApp is working on improvements to launch the app even if there is low storage on your smartphone.
The second function which is under development is to improve the media, links, and docs section so that the files you are sending load faster.

Another main area where WhatsApp is looking to focus on is improving its payment feature. WhatsApp payments are something that users can use to pay money to the people in their contacts. It is a UPI-based payment service. This feature is not available in every country but WhatsApp is slowly pushing this feature in every region. The latest addition could be Spain.
These are the changes that WhatsApp is working on currently. Small bug fixes and some improvements in current functions. No new addition for now.
