Microsoft office suite for smartphones comes with three apps with heavy size that can cause storage and performance issues sometimes. It looks like Microsoft understands these issues in the smartphone, this is why the company announced that it will combine the three major office apps Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

This new app will have all the functions of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel which means you can create a powerpoint presentation or write some documents in one place. There will be some new updates as well. You can create and sign a PDF document with this app. Sharing files over desktop has been made easier in this new app.

This app can scan an image and convert it into Word or Excel sheet too. You just have to open the app and click photo of the document that you want to convert into word or excel sheet. This app also lets you take sticky notes. The new app has a QR scanner that lets you open files and links.

G-suit from Google was giving tough competition to Microsoft with its Docs, Slides and Sheets apps. Now that Microsoft has announced the new app with qualities of its three apps, it has raised the bars.

This new app has not been officially launched yet, but if you want to participate in the beta program you can register in the app store of your device and get access to the app. The beta program is available for both Andriod and IOS. Once the Beta Program is done, Microsoft will launch the app for everyone.
