It is reported that due to the problems in the cost and availability the England cricket team will not be travelling Pakistan for a limited-over series which was supposed to take place in January.

With many key star players of England who are already set to participate in the Big Bash League is another concern. With this situation, the series is postponed until September or October of next month.

Keeping in the mind the series against India and Srilanka in January, England planned to send a C team to Pakistan as it was their first official tour in the last 15 years.

But according to several sources, it is confirmed that both the boards want a full-strength England side to participate in the historical occasion.

The heavyweights collided in August when Pakistan toured England for a three-match test series and T20 series. Pakistan lost the test series and the t20 series were drawn to 1-1.

The last time when England toured Pakistan was back in 2005. However, the scheduled year was 2022 but the PCB wanted to bring international cricket as soon as possible in the country and hence it will 2021 when England Tour’s Pakistan.

England next plays South Africa in South Africa in a bio-secure environment starting from November 27. Since the country moved into lockdown this will be the first series to be played after that.
