Former England all-round David Capel was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2018. The 57-year-old passed away on Wednesday.
Capel played 15 Tests and 23 ODIs from 1987-1990. He had an aggregate of 701 runs and 38 wickets.
He had spent 32 consecutive years with Northamptonshire. Capel was first a player and then a coach.
