According to the latest ICC ODI rankings, Indian skipper Virat Kohli has retained 3rd rank with 852 points. South Africa’s AB de Villiers is on first rank with 874 points, whereas David Warner has 871 points for his second position. Other than Virat, there were no Indian names in the top 10 list. However, Rohit Sharma, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Shikhar Dhawan managed to make their place in the top 20 having 12th , 13th and 15th rank respectively.

Coming to the bowling, none of the Indian bowler could make it to the top 10. Axar Patel, the left arm spinner from India grabbed the highest rank among Indian bowlers along with the New Zealand’s fast bowler Matt Henry both getting the 11th rank. Other Indian bowlers making it to the top 20 are Amit Mishra (13th) ans Ravichandran Ashwin(18th).

Shakib Al Hassan was ranked 1st in the category of all rounders. And lastly, the one day team rankings are

1. South Africa – 122 points

2. Australia – 118 points

3. India – 117 points
